Built by business owners,
for business owners.
We are not a marketing agency that discovered websites. We are a Perth IT company that has been keeping local businesses running for years, and web is the part of that work we love most.
John Ocello
Founder
I run PC Madness out of Midland. Most of our clients are trade and service businesses — electricians, plumbers, builders, security firms — the kind of business where the phone ringing is the whole point.
That background shapes how we build. I have spent years on the IT side watching businesses get sold websites that look impressive and generate nothing. So we build the other way round: work out where your jobs actually come from, then build the site to produce more of them.
You will deal with me directly. When you call, you get the person who understands your site — not an account manager reading a ticket.
How we work
Four things we will not budge on.
Fixed prices, published
Our prices are on the website. You should not have to book a sales call to find out whether you can afford us.
You own everything
Your domain, your hosting, your code, your content. No proprietary platform holding your business hostage.
You get a person
Small team, direct line. The person who built your site is the person who answers when something breaks.
Leads over likes
We measure success in quote requests and phone calls, not impressions. If the site is not producing work, it is not finished.
