Websites for Perth roofers
that are ready before the storm is.

Roofing runs on a calendar most trades do not have. For eight months of the year you are selling restorations and replacements to people who have been thinking about it for a while — and then a front comes through in June and for a fortnight your phone is people with a bucket in the hallway who will ring three roofers and book whoever answers. A website that only works for one of those two seasons is costing you the other.

What is costing you work right now

  • Nothing on the site distinguishes an emergency leak from a planned re-roof, so both enquiries arrive in the same form and you triage by phone.
  • No answer to the question every Perth homeowner with a pre-1990 house asks — whether the roof is asbestos, and whether you can touch it.
  • Insurance work is a large share of the revenue and gets no page, so people whose assessor has asked for quotes never find you.
  • Your gallery shows finished roofs with no before shot, which is the one image that sells a restoration.

The searches that bring you jobs

Not all traffic is equal. These are the ones worth building pages for.

Search What it means
emergency roof repairs perth Storm-season money. Intent is total, patience is zero, and the first business to answer wins.
roof restoration perth cost The planned-work searcher, mid-research. Publishing a range gets you the call.
asbestos roof replacement perth Super Six and fibro roofing is everywhere in the older suburbs. High value, and most sites say nothing about it.
tile roof leak repair [suburb] Perth is a tile market in a way the eastern states are not. Suburb-level searches convert hard.
colorbond re-roof perth The tile-to-metal conversion, which is a bigger job and a longer decision.
roof inspection before buying a house Pre-purchase inspections. Small jobs that turn into the re-roof six weeks later.

What we build into every roofer website

A storm page that is already live in May

Not built the morning after the front hits. A page about emergency leak response, temporary make-safe, and what to photograph before you touch anything — indexed months ahead, so it is ranking when the search volume arrives. This is the single highest-return page on a roofing site and almost nobody has one.

An insurance-claim page in the customer’s language

What make-safe means, what the assessor will want, whether you invoice the insurer directly, and what happens to the excess. People with a damaged roof are frightened of being out of pocket, and the roofer who explains the process is the one they trust with the quote.

Asbestos answered plainly

Whether the roof is likely to be Super Six, what your licence covers, what has to go to a licensed removalist, and roughly what disposal adds. Half the older housing stock in Perth raises this question and the honest answer is a competitive advantage, because the alternative is silence.

Before-and-after, not after

A restoration is sold entirely on the before shot. Same roof, same angle, same time of day, the two images side by side. A gallery of clean finished roofs proves nothing, because every roofer’s finished roofs look the same.

Two doors, not one

An emergency path with the number at the top and no form in the way, and a quote path that collects roof type, age, storeys and photos. They are different customers on different clocks, and funnelling both through one contact form loses the urgent one.

Questions roofers ask us

Is a website worth it when most of my work is storm season?
That is the argument for one rather than against. Ranking takes months, so a page built in October is what earns in June — you cannot buy your way into the search results the week the front arrives, and everyone else is bidding on ads that fortnight anyway. The off-season work is what a site pays for in the meantime: restorations and replacements are researched slowly, and that research happens on a website.
Should I put roof restoration prices on the site?
A range, yes, and it will save you driving to jobs that were never going to happen. Roofing quotes vary with pitch, access, roof type and how much of the pointing has gone, so an exact figure is dishonest. What works is a band with the variables named — a typical tile restoration on a single storey lands in this range, a two-storey with difficult access more. People who cannot find any number assume the worst and ring somebody else.
We do a lot of insurance work. Does that need its own page?
Yes, and it is usually the biggest gap on a roofing website. Someone whose assessor has asked for two quotes is searching for a roofer who has done this before, and the page that explains make-safe, the assessor process and who invoices whom is the one that gets called. It also tends to rank easily, because so few roofers write it.
What about asbestos and Super Six roofs?
Put it on the site in plain words, including the limits of what you can legally do. A lot of Perth housing stock from before the nineties has asbestos cement roofing, the homeowner usually suspects it and is worried about the cost, and every site that stays silent leaves them to guess. Stating what your licence covers, what goes to a licensed removalist, and what disposal adds is the kind of honesty that wins the job.
Do I need suburb pages for roofing?
They work well here, because Perth is a tile market with distinct pockets of housing age — the roof problems in Bassendean are not the roof problems in Ellenbrook. A suburb page that says something true about the housing stock in that suburb ranks and converts. A suburb page that is your services page with the name swapped does neither, and we will not build those.
